I came upon this small park and trail north of me near Embrun, Ontario this summer. At the end of one of the short paths was this gate. Around here it’s a common cow gate, but I didn’t see cows on the other side. Maybe it’s a people gate to keep curious artists out. Paths, like creeks, are a favourite mode that I find to draw your eye in.
