Blue Against Red Tin

I was determined to not have the mundane blue sky for this painting until it was finished, and I saw that a bit of blue was just what it needed, just a flash against the red tin roof on the old barn. This fine scene was on the way to Merrickville from Kempville, a wonderful drive to a great little village.
